Founder & Chairman, Juara Holding Group

Bio: As the visionary behind the Juara Holding Group, Budi brings over 30 years of experience in building successful, sustainable businesses in Indonesia. His passion for sailing and deep love for the eastern archipelago inspired the creation of Ende Flores Voyages. Budi’s philosophy is rooted in ‘gotong royong’ (mutual cooperation), ensuring that our company’s success is intrinsically linked to the prosperity of the local communities and the health of the ecosystems we operate in. He provides the strategic vision and corporate governance that anchors our brand in excellence and integrity.

Director of Operations

Bio: With a distinguished 20-year career managing some of the world’s most exclusive luxury resorts, Isabelle is the architect of our seamless operational flow. Her expertise in five-star service standards is matched only by her mastery of complex logistics. Isabelle oversees all ground, sea, and air operations, liaising with partners from AirNav Indonesia to local port authorities (Syahbandar) to ensure every transfer and transition is flawless. Her meticulous attention to detail guarantees that the highest international standards of safety and comfort are met on every voyage.
Dr. Adrian Wibowo
Lead Voyage Curator & Marine Biologist
Credentials: Ph.D. in Marine Biology, University of Queensland; PADI Divemaster; Certified Guide, HPI (Himpunan Pramuwisata Indonesia)
Bio: Adrian is the creative and scientific heart of our itineraries. A native of Flores, he combines his academic background with an intimate, lifelong knowledge of the region’s hidden gems. He has spent years mapping the lesser-known dive sites of the Alor-Pantar Strait and documenting the cetacean migrations in the Savu Sea. Adrian personally designs our signature journeys, ensuring each one is not only luxurious but also enriching, educational, and environmentally responsible. He trains our guides and ensures every guest understands the delicate beauty of the Coral Triangle.
Sofia Lestari
Head of Client Relations
Credentials: Certified Specialist, ASITA (Association of the Indonesian Tours and Travel Agencies); Fluent in English, Indonesian, Japanese, and French
Bio: Sofia is the warm, welcoming voice and trusted advisor for our clients. With a background in private wealth management, she excels at understanding the nuanced needs of discerning travelers. Sofia guides our clients through the entire curation process, from initial ideation to post-voyage follow-up. Her deep network within Indonesia’s luxury sector allows her to secure exclusive access and amenities, while her genuine passion for hospitality ensures every client feels personally cared for and completely understood.
Eka Putra
Sustainability & Community Liaison Officer
Credentials: M.Sc. in Sustainable Tourism, Wageningen University; Former Project Manager, The Nature Conservancy Indonesia
Bio: Eka is our conscience and our connection to the community. He is responsible for developing, implementing, and auditing our sustainability initiatives. Eka works directly with our partner villages, such as Bena and Tololela, to ensure our tourism projects provide tangible benefits, from funding local schools to creating markets for traditional Ikat weavers. He also manages our conservation partnerships and ensures all our operations, and those of our partners, strictly adhere to the regulations set by the Balai Taman Nasional Komodo.
