Our Unwavering Commitment to Safety & Compliance
At Ende Flores Voyages, the safety and security of our guests are the absolute bedrock of our operations. True luxury is impossible without peace of mind. As a premier concierge service operating within the robust corporate framework of the Juara Holding Group, we adhere to a culture of meticulous risk management and unwavering compliance with all Indonesian and international regulations. Every partner we select and every journey we design is subject to a rigorous safety audit, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed industry standards.
Corporate & Regulatory Compliance
Our operations are fully licensed and transparent, ensuring we are a trusted and accountable partner for your travels in Indonesia.
- Business Licensing: Ende Flores Voyages operates as a legally registered entity under the Juara Holding Group, holding a valid Tanda Daftar Usaha Pariwisata (TDUP), the official tourism business registration license issued by the Indonesian government.
- Tax & Labor Compliance: We are a registered Indonesian taxpayer with a Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP). All our employees are fully covered by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (the national social security program for employment) and BPJS Kesehatan (health insurance), as mandated by Indonesian law.
- Financial Integrity: As part of a major holding group, our financial practices are subject to regular audits, ensuring stability and ethical business conduct.
Maritime Safety Standards
The sea is our primary domain, and we treat it with the utmost respect and caution. Our maritime safety protocols are comprehensive and strictly enforced.
- Vessel Certification & Seaworthiness: Every yacht and Phinisi in our portfolio must possess a valid Certificate of Seaworthiness and is subject to annual inspections. For every single departure, the captain must secure a Surat Persetujuan Berlayar (SPB), or port clearance, from the local harbor master (Syahbandar), which is only granted after a physical inspection of the vessel and its safety equipment.
- Onboard Safety Equipment: Our partner vessels are equipped with modern safety and navigation technology, including GPS, AIS (Automatic Identification System), radar, depth sounders, satellite phones, and an EPIRB (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon). Life rafts, life jackets, and fire suppression systems exceed regulatory requirements.
- Crew Competency: All captains and officers hold internationally recognized STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) certifications. The entire crew, from engineers to deckhands, undergoes regular safety and emergency drill training.
Diving, Aviation & Ground Safety
- Diving Operations: All recreational diving is managed by certified PADI or SSI Divemasters and Instructors. We enforce strict safety protocols, including small guide-to-diver ratios, thorough pre-dive briefings, and the mandatory presence of emergency oxygen and first aid kits on all dive tenders.
- Aviation Partnerships: We only book our clients on reputable, IATA-compliant airlines such as Garuda Indonesia. We monitor flight statuses and regional weather conditions, often using data from AirNav Indonesia, the national air navigation authority, to anticipate and manage potential disruptions.
- Ground Transportation: Our vehicle fleet is modern, air-conditioned, and subject to a strict regular maintenance schedule. All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking, and our drivers are professionally licensed, trained in defensive driving, and have impeccable safety records.
Emergency Preparedness & Response
We plan for the unexpected so you don’t have to. Our emergency protocols are robust and tested.
- 24/7 Operations Support: Our Labuan Bajo and Jakarta operations teams are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to respond to any situation.
- Medical Evacuation Plan: We have a standing agreement with a leading international medical assistance provider (such as International SOS) to coordinate emergency medical evacuations from remote locations to top-tier medical facilities in Bali or Jakarta.
- Contingency Planning: We maintain detailed contingency plans for a range of scenarios, including adverse weather, technical issues, and medical emergencies, ensuring a swift and effective response that prioritizes guest safety above all else.
